Order Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Associate to join our production team on first shift. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and organizing customer orders while ensuring products are clean, properly packaged, and ready for delivery or pickup.

The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy and quality when preparing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and fill customer orders according to order tickets and delivery schedules
• Count, package, and label cleaned laundered products
• Verify quantities and product types before orders leave the facility
• Prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery
• Keep completed orders organized and staged in the appropriate areas
• Inspect products for cleanliness, quality, stains, damage, or missing items
• Report shortages, damaged items, or order discrepancies to management
• Maintain an organized and clean packing and production area
• Assist with general laundry production duties as needed
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Ability to work at a steady pace in a production environment
• Previous laundry, warehouse, production, fulfillment, or order-picking experience is helpful but not required

*Wage increase after completion of orientation period.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
