Order Fulfillment Associate

Duties

• Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to pick and move inventory safely and accurately.
• Perform order picking and packing according to specified guidelines, ensuring correct items and quantities are prepared for shipment.
• Utilize barcode scanning technology for logistics to verify items during order fulfillment processes.
• Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment while adhering strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), including stock replenishment, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders meet company standards before shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and ensuring safe manual handling practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or similar heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper technique.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to warehouse operations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during order picking & packing processes.

Pay: $22.97 - $27.67 per hour
