Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Duties

• Accurately pick and pack orders using barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to ensure correct items are selected.
• Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques, adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and conducting regular inventory counts using warehouse management systems.
• Prepare orders for shipment by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly for distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety procedures during manual handling, materials handling, and warehouse distribution tasks.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth shipping & receiving processes, quality control checks, and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in order picking, packing, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks with proper certification if applicable.
• Knowledge of barcode scanning for logistics, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong manual handling skills including heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and safe material handling practices.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment.
• Excellent adherence to safety protocols including PPE use and safe operation of all warehouse equipment.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes is preferred but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
