Order Fulfillment Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily customer and marketplace orders accurately.
• Pick the correct products and quantities for each order.
• Inspect items before packing to ensure they match the order.
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials.
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Verify shipping addresses, order details, and shipping methods.
• Update order and shipment statuses in the system.
• Organize completed packages by carrier or shipping service.
• Assist with inventory counts and report missing or damaged items.
• Maintain an organized and clean packing/shipping area.
• Follow special packing or shipping instructions when required.
• Help resolve order discrepancies before packages are shipped.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn order/shipping systems.
• Ability to safely lift and handle packages as required.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Previous order fulfillment, warehouse, packing, or shipping experience is preferred but not required.
