We’re hiring a full-time Order Fulfillment Associate in Lemon Grove, CA to help turn incoming orders into correctly prepared, ready-to-dispatch shipments. Every order needs the right items, accurate details, and careful handling, and you’ll play an important part in making sure each step is completed properly.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working toward clear daily goals, and seeing the results of their work. You’ll be part of a team that keeps orders moving, solves small problems before they become bigger ones, and helps customers receive what they ordered.

A Typical Shift

• Review incoming orders and confirm the items and quantities required
• Pick products from designated storage locations
• Check item codes, quantities, and order details for accuracy
• Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment
• Apply shipping labels and organize completed orders for dispatch
• Update order status and inventory information in internal systems
• Flag missing, damaged, or incorrectly listed products
• Keep picking, packing, and work areas clean and organized
• Help process urgent orders and manage changing priorities
• Work with warehouse and shipping colleagues to keep orders moving efficiently

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of fulfillment experience to get started. We’re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in getting orders right and understands that small details matter.

• Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment
• Able to follow picking, packing, and shipping instructions
• Good attention to detail when checking products and quantities
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Comfortable using basic computer systems or handheld scanners
• Able to work independently and contribute to a team
• Able to safely lift and move packages within the role’s requirements
• Previous fulfillment, warehouse, order picking, packing, retail, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
