Order Fulfillment Associate

• Packing and processing shipments for B2B sales, International Trade, Cellurific and Website orders

• Report daily, weekly, and monthly receiving data and notify any discrepancies in terms of quality and/or quantity

• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory, Invoice and Sales order issues

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that adequate stock is available to fulfill orders.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and other data related to the order fulfillment

• Update customers regarding order status, shipping information, and other related matters.

• Resolve any issues such as shipping delays, damaged products, or incorrect orders.

• Complete front-end merchandising requirements, keep store shelves stocked and all product accessible

• Weekly Staging Report of pending orders for dispatch

• Assist the Manager Inventory in creating stock reports and cycle counts
