Order Fulfillment 订单履行专员

该职位来源于猎聘 Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Order fulfillment [SBU-Customer]
• Shipping schedule based on customer request
• Back order management. [SBU-Customer]
• KPI monitoring
• Assisting supply chain management and sales support throughout the internal operation routine
• Processing orders - coordinating purchasing orders, shipping arrangement and handling shipping documents efficiently and accurately
• Handling correspondence between vendors and customers and performing good customer service
• Data collection and input for ritual/ad-hoc reporting Qualification and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in international trade, import and export, or a relevant field Experience：At least 3 years of relevant work experience in order management or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using order management, logistics scheduling, and other related system software, as well as data analysis tools. Leadership skills: Quickly identify and resolve issues in order processing and shipping, maintain composure and make sound decisions under pressure. Maintain good communication with customers, handle complaints and feedback, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Language: Fluent English proficiency (both verbal and written).
