Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment Operations

• Accurately and efficiently process incoming customer orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform picking duties, locating products from shelves with precision.
• Expertly pack orders to ensure they are secure, presentable, and meet our brand standards.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation, and coordinate with courier services for timely dispatch.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking new products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to 5S principles.

2. Data Analysis & Process Improvement

• Track and report on key fulfillment metrics, such as order processing time, picking accuracy, and shipping error rates.
• Use tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze performance data, identify trends, and spot inefficiencies.
• Propose data-driven suggestions to improve warehouse layout, picking routes, and packing procedures.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement and test new processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

3. Customer Engagement & Support

• Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and delivery issues.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers via email, chat, or phone to resolve problems and answer questions.
• Manage the returns and exchange process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer.
• Gather and document customer feedback to help identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvements.

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

• Language Proficiency: We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Detail-Oriented: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for minimizing errors in fulfillment and customer communication.

• Proactive & Independent: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
