POSITION: ORDER FULFILLMENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience handling fulfillment operations, warehouse management, logistics, or similar leadership responsibilities
• Strong understanding of order processing, inventory coordination, warehouse workflows, dispatch operations, and fulfillment activities
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end order execution, covering order receipt, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and delivery coordination
• Knowledge of inventory availability, stock accuracy, order status monitoring, and fulfillment control procedures
• Experienced in working across Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and other support functions
• Strong people management and leadership abilities, including task delegation, staff supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Familiar with measuring order accuracy, processing efficiency, turnaround time, backlog, productivity, and other operational indicators
• Able to identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend practical process improvements to increase productivity and reduce delays
• Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other reporting applications
• Exposure to ERP platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory systems, or similar business software is an advantage
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy warehouse setting
• Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Capable of taking ownership of operational concerns and working with minimal supervision
• Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
• Available to Start ASAP / Immediate Deployment

Job Description

• Direct the daily activities of the fulfillment operation to ensure orders are processed correctly and within required timelines
• Manage the overall movement of orders from order entry through picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and delivery handover
• Review daily workload and allocate resources appropriately to maintain efficient order processing and timely completion
• Work closely with Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and other departments to address order-related concerns
• Monitor available inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stock-related fulfillment delays
• Review pending orders and investigate processing errors, shortages, delays, and other fulfillment exceptions
• Lead the fulfillment workforce by assigning responsibilities, monitoring output, providing coaching, and addressing performance concerns
• Establish and monitor operational performance indicators such as order accuracy, productivity, processing lead time, backlog, and completion percentage
• Generate and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management evaluation
• Ensure order transactions, fulfillment activities, and related records are properly documented and updated in the appropriate systems
• Coordinate with transportation and delivery teams regarding dispatch plans, shipment status, delivery schedules, and pending orders
• Analyze recurring operational issues and introduce workflow enhancements aimed at improving speed, accuracy, and overall fulfillment performance
• Ensure team members follow applicable company procedures, warehouse guidelines, safety requirements, and operational standards
• Resolve routine fulfillment issues and promptly escalate significant operational risks or delays to management
• Perform other fulfillment, warehouse, supply chain, and operational leadership functions assigned by management

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
