Order Management Analyst

Role Summary

Join our Order to Cash team as an Order Management Analyst or Team Lead and oversee end-to-end order processing activities. Drive operational excellence by ensuring accurate order booking, billing support, issue resolution, and team performance while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end order management activities, including order entry, validation, invoicing, and billing
• Support month-end close activities and ensure timely order processing
• Resolve order, billing, and contract-related issues while meeting SLA targets
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve complex cases
• Escalate critical issues impacting order booking and customer satisfaction
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Provide coaching, support, and guidance to team members

What We're Looking For

For Analyst / SME Roles

• At least 2 years of Order to Cash (OTC) experience, specifically in Order Management
• Strong experience in order processing, order validation, invoicing, and billing
• Experience resolving billing discrepancies, credit and rebill requests, and contract-related issues
• Experience supporting month-end close activities
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule

For Team Lead Roles

• At least 5 years of Order to Cash (OTC) experience, specifically in Order Management
• At least 3 years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience
• Strong experience in order processing, order validation, invoicing, and billing
• Experience resolving billing discrepancies, credit and rebill requests, and contract-related issues
• Experience supporting month-end close activities
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Good to Have

• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services
• Experience working with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations teams
• Exposure to ERP or Order Management systems
• Process improvement or automation experience
