Order Management & Inbound Logistics Coordinator

该职位来源于猎聘 This position will own two connected functions: Order Management (ensuring purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory records stay accurate and current) and Inbound Logistics Documentation (managing the paperwork trail — commercial invoices, packing lists, customs docs, BOLs — that gets product from our manufacturers into Amazon's network without delays or compliance issues). Being on-site puts this role close to our supplier base and freight partners, which matters for catching issues before they become stuck shipments. Key Responsibilities Order Management

• Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders across suppliers and SKUs
• Monitor inventory levels and flag reorder points before stockouts
• Maintain accurate order status across systems (ERP/inventory software, spreadsheets)
• Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmations, lead times, and delays — including in-person supplier visits as needed
• Resolve discrepancies between ordered, shipped, and received quantities Inbound Logistics Documentation
• Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for inbound shipments
• Ensure customs documentation is complete and compliant for cross-border shipments (China-origin, primarily to the US)
• Track shipments from factory to port to warehouse/Amazon FBA, flagging delays proactively
• Maintain organized digital records for all inbound shipment documentation
• Liaise directly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL/FBA prep partners, including on-site coordination where useful What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in order management, logistics coordination, supply chain admin, or freight/customs documentation
• Experience with e-commerce or Amazon FBA supply chains strongly preferred
• Fluent Mandarin required; professional English proficiency required for coordination with the US team
• Comfortable in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and inventory or ERP systems
• High attention to detail — this role is unforgiving of small errors
• Experience with international shipping documentation (customs, HS codes, incoterms) a plus
