Order Management Associate

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our Penang station. You will ensure operational excellence by enforcing strict SOP compliance, managing operational capacity, and proactively resolving bottleneck issues.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage the day-to-day data entry, but actively looks for ways to champion process improvements within our procurement process.

Your Daily Activities include:

• Efficiently handle the end-to-end processing of all incoming orders arriving through various channels.
• Continuously monitor and manage operational capacity effectively to ensure the business can handle order volumes without delays.
• Maintain meticulous and highly accurate records of all order statuses within our systems.
• Actively monitor all orders to identify potential delays or friction points early. Take immediate, proactive action to communicate and resolve issues with relevant parties.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct accurate stock reconciliation, manage inventory movements, and prevent stock-outs or inventory discrepancies across systems.
• Serve as an operational point of contact for Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate daily dispatch, pickups, transit, and final delivery.
