Inside Sales Support

• Source and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors.
• Prepare customer quotations based on the advised margin.
• Act as a key contact for customers on orders and enquiries.
• Follow up on customer payments to avoid delivery blocks.
• Support Sales Representatives by preparing sales reports.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.

Customer Order Management

• Review customer purchase orders and clarify any special requirements with customers.
• Process customer orders accurately in the system, including sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and related documents.
• Follow up with vendors on purchased products and provide shipment updates to customers.
• Monitor outstanding orders and delivery status.
• Coordinate with warehouse and 3rd-party service providers for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Ensure incoming goods meet the required quantity and quality.
• Arrange product picking based on FEFO/FIFO procedures.
• Prepare shipping instructions and required delivery documents.
• Support internal teams and service providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle product sample and demo unit requests when required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
