Ensure no shortage on base material/capacity. Acquires customer request and processes into workflow and input into SAP system.

Measured by OHT, order information fixed in system. Represent S&OP in cross-functional projects Alignment with other functions, such as Group department, Inter-company business working, procedure and process flow. Data Analysis.

Data modelling and automation, and daily reporting.
