About OIA Global
OIA Global provides scalable and flexible supply chain solutions across 3PL, 4PL, sustainability, technology, contract logistics, packaging design and optimisation, and raw materials management. With a global presence across multiple countries, we support customers across industries including fashion and apparel, consumer goods, healthcare, energy and industrials.
We are currently looking for an Order Management Coordinator to join our Indonesia Supply Chain Management team.
About the Role
Internally titled Customer Service Representative, this role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end order management process for a key global customer. You will act as the key coordination point between the customer, suppliers, factories, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure materials are ordered, tracked, delivered and documented accurately and on time.
This is not a call-centre customer service role. It is a hands-on supply chain coordination role where you will manage purchase orders, proforma invoices, delivery schedules, shipment coordination, order status updates, and issue resolution across the full order cycle.
You will play an important role in ensuring materials arrive at the right place, at the right time, and in line with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders end-to-end in Oracle, Optilink and/or related order management systems.
- Enter, validate and maintain accurate order data from receipt through to delivery.
- Issue purchase orders to vendors and proforma invoices to the customer.
- Coordinate sample requests and related handling requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, factories, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure orders progress smoothly.
- Coordinate ocean, air and inland delivery scheduling to meet customer required dates.
- Monitor order and delivery status proactively, identifying delays, discrepancies and exceptions early.
- Resolve or escalate issues before they impact delivery or customer service outcomes.
- Ensure orders meet customer routing, labelling, documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support invoice reconciliation, accounts receivable cash application and accounts payable payment plan processes where required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems and SharePoint.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to improve order handling and service reliability.
About You
You will suit this role if you enjoy being the “middle point” between customers, suppliers, factories and logistics partners. You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders to keep orders moving.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in order management, supply chain coordination, logistics coordination, customer operations, vendor coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in material supply, footwear, apparel, manufacturing or factory coordination will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order flow, including purchase orders, delivery scheduling, documentation and issue resolution.
- Experience using Oracle, Optilink, ERP systems or other order management systems would be an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports, data and order tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to identify problems early and work with others to resolve them before delivery is impacted.
- A degree or diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Why Join Us?
This is a great opportunity to join a global supply chain organisation and support a key international customer within the footwear materials sector. You will work closely with suppliers, factories, logistics partners and internal teams, gaining exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations across a fast-paced customer account.
If you are highly organised, proactive, and enjoy coordinating complex order flows across multiple stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.
How to Apply
Please submit your application with your updated CV.
Candidates with experience in footwear materials, apparel manufacturing, supplier coordination, order management, or supply chain operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
