Order Management Executive & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, warehouse, factory, and transporters on order and delivery matters.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Manage stock allocation and liaise with planners on stock availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, order issues, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare regular reports and provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities effectively.
