Sales Support Executive (Order Management & Customer Coordination)

Job Purpose

Support the sales team by managing customer orders, maintaining accurate order data, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system.
• Review pricing, product availability, and customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with sales representatives regarding order status and customer requests.
• Monitor order progress from order entry to invoice generation.
• Manage order amendments, cancellations, returns, and credit requests.
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Prepare sales reports, order backlog reports, and customer account updates.
• Assist with forecasting and demand planning activities.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing information.
• Support dispute resolution related to orders, invoicing, and customer queries.
