Order Management Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage order processing from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of orders.
• Monitor and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, including returns and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of order management processes, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
