Order Management Executive

About the role

This position involves supporting the sales team and managing order fulfillment, logistics, and customer coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales Team when required
• Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries
• Manage factories on order delivery status
• Process customers' purchase orders and expedite delivery schedules
• Schedule Just-In-Time delivery of goods to improve the usage of resources
• Liaise with forwarders on shipping arrangements
• Handle customs on import/export regulatory requirements
• Co-ordinate with various inter-departments in regards to the orders
• Drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Serve as contact point between the suppliers and internal customers

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Experience in order fulfilment, logistics and shipping
• Experience in handling shipping and custom clearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience working on reports using Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in dealing with customers in global environment
• Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in hands on billing system such as Navision or SAP
• Positive mindset with good working attitude and able to work in a team
