Order Management Executive

Duties:

• Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes
• Manage sales operations tasks such as order management & tracking, shipment arrangement, communication with customer for delivery, data analysis, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to streamline processes and help meet sales targets
• Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Manage payment queries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process
• Any other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Minimum O levels and above.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in order management/order processing.
