Order Management Executive

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations.
• Proficient in SAP systems applications.
• Good understanding of order-to-cash processes, inventory management, and logistics ops.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English

Job Descriptions :

• Manage end-to-end customer order processing from order receipt, order entry, and confirmation through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, inventory availability, and delivery schedules while proactively resolving potential supply or service issues.
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order inquiries, delivery updates, product availability, and order changes.
• Handle customer complaints, order discrepancies, returns, and other order-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate order records, customer master data, and transactional documentation within the ERP system.
