Order Management Lead

About The Role We are looking for an Order Management Lead to oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order creation through fulfillment. The role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination across departments, while supporting operational planning and improving order management workflows.

• Order Management & Execution
• Supervise the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
• Ensure seamless integration between field-generated orders and backend systems for real-time tracking and follow-up.
• Oversee daily order flow and ensure proper documentation, pricing accuracy, and data entry compliance.
• Act as the key liaison between Sales, Fleet Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth and synchronized order execution.
• Work closely with OGS Team Leads to align order collection plans with delivery capacities.
• Ensure order details are clearly communicated across all involved departments and accurately reflected in systems.
• Identify inefficiencies in order management workflows and propose process improvements to increase speed and reduce errors.
• Monitor operational bottlenecks related to order fulfillment and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to improve order management tools, mobile applications, and data-tracking systems.
• Support route and resource planning for order collections and deliveries based on order volume and site availability.
• Monitor and adjust scheduling to maximize resource utilization and minimize collection or delivery delays.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management, including fulfillment rates, order cycle times, error rates, and delay causes.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support operational decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering order status, backlogs, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in order management, operations, planning, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of order processing and fulfillment workflows.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with ERP, order management, or operational tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
