Order Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on POs with suppliers and ensure timely order confirmation and fulfilment
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, quantities and product availability
• Monitor inbound shipments and ensure goods are delivered and received on time
• Manage order-related issues, including shortages, damages, delivery delays and other discrepancies
• Manage supplier claims and follow up on resolution and closure
• Coordinate reconciliation between PO, goods receipt and supplier invoices
• Work closely with Finance to support supplier settlement and resolve payment-related discrepancies
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and other internal teams to ensure smooth goods flow
• Monitor key order management KPIs and drive improvements in order fulfilment and supplier performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Participate in the development of solutions with subsequent implementation in D365
• Participate in the development of algorithms and work procedures SOP
• Ensure the correct and timely closure of internal documents in the D365 system
• Correct any identified errors in product accounting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, Procurement Operations or a related role
• Experience working with multiple suppliers; experience in a distributor, retail or FMCG/beauty environment is preferred
• Strong supplier coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of order fulfilment, goods receiving, reconciliation and settlement processes
• Good English and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred
