- Validate customer documents and requirements, create accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Create, prepare, and release installation and after-sales job orders to Technical Operations on time.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications, job orders, and system records through proper checking and validation.
- Assist with port reservations and maintain minimal discrepancies between actual documents and system records.
- Achieve accuracy, completeness, and timely processing in accordance with established KPIs.
- Perform other operational and special projects as assigned by management.
