Order Management Representative

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and ERP systems
• Experience in end to end order processing , RMAs, and back orders
• Strong phone-based customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage Customer Service KPIs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Detail-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Process orders (sales orders, RMAs, credits, EDI)
• Manage RMA follow-ups and ensure data accuracy
• Handle customer enquiries (pricing, availability, orders)
• Manage back orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Support sales reps on order and stock issues
• Handle inbound & outbound calls (incl. key accounts)
• Ensure compliance with SLA and QA standards
