Order Management Senior Executive

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfilment, order book accuracy, returns coordination, and operational support across multiple sales channels. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service, inventory allocation, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Description

Order Management & Fulfilment

• Process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Coordinate inventory allocation and order execution across multiple sales channels.
• Support the processing of non-commercial orders, including samples, marketing activities, and promotional requirements.
• Liaise with logistics partners and warehouses to ensure efficient product distribution.
• Manage operational enquiries, escalations, and issue resolution in a proactive manner.
• Maintain accurate records and system data integrity.

Order Book & Forecast Support

• Maintain accurate order book records and reporting.
• Monitor order trends and support forecast accuracy through regular analysis.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on delivery planning and customer requirements.
• Generate insights to support business decision-making and inventory planning.

Returns & Reverse Logistics

• Coordinate product returns and stock movements.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient returns processing.
• Monitor returns accuracy and support inventory reconciliation activities.
• Ensure reverse logistics processes are executed effectively and accurately.

Operational Excellence

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Generate operational reports and data analysis.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Support compliance, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Assist with projects, system improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Profile

A successful Order Management Senior Executive should have:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in order management, customer service, supply chain operations, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Positive, collaborative, and proactive working style.
