What You'll Be Doing

• Review incoming orders or service requests and verify customer, product, quantity, date, and pricing information.
• Enter and update orders accurately in the systems used for scheduling, order, transportation, and customer-service workflows.
• Communicate order status, changes, missing information, and expected next steps to moving and service customers.
• Coordinate exceptions with customers, crews, vendors, and operations teams, including availability, schedule, billing, or fulfillment questions.
• Maintain complete notes and supporting documents for changes, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Monitor open orders through completion and follow up when promised actions or dates are missed for One New Creation.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in logistics, inventory, procurement, order management, transportation, or operations support is preferred.
• Strong organization and careful attention to quantities, dates, status updates, and supporting documentation.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, order or inventory systems, shared trackers, and vendor records.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in One New Creation's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
