Job Title: Order Management Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, India

Join our team as an Order Management Specialist, managing day-to-day customer orders with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve order issues, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day customer order activities, including order entry, cleaning, order removal, and release management
• Ensure clean and accurate order data, including PO details, with timely processing within defined SLAs
• Process customer orders efficiently in SAP and collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies
• Monitor order activities and proactively identify issues, escalating them to relevant stakeholders within the agreed SLA
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in order management
• Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely issue resolution

You bring:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce or a related field
• Prior experience in order booking, order management, or a related process
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication, good organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
