We are looking for Order Management Specialist in Bratislava, Slovakia !

Responsibilities:

Order Management

• Interaction with clients on the orders received and fulfilled
• Entering orders into the company system
• Checking of orders received via EDI
• Price comparison and check (order vs system values)
• Performing analytics on the cost of delivery for each client and per kg of goods
• Advising the sales team on problematic SKUs (OOS, delivery delays)
• Preparation of management reports

Invoicing

• Issuing invoices and mailing to customers
• Issuing of return notes, credit notes, and reversal invoices

Registration of shipment

• Registration of goods acceptance time (for large accounts)
• Interaction with transportation provider

Qualifications:

• College/University Degree (might be in the process of education)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in FMCG
• Slovak Professional
• English at least Intermediate
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
