What they need
We are hiring a Order Management Supervisor for our sales department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise order processing and follow up on order status and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Manage shipping documents, including Packing Lists (PL) and Commercial Invoices (CI)
- Monitor delivery lead times and resolve order-related issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher.
- At least 5 years of order management / order follow-up supervisory experience.
- Familiar with e-cigarette product delivery lead times and shipping documents (packing list / commercial invoice, PL / CI).
- Fluent Mandarin.
