Order Manager

Job Responsibilities :- Order Manager - Order Management /Import-Export/ LogosticsProcurement: Identify suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, quality, and delivery schedules.

Import management: Handle purchase orders, shipping documents, customs clearance, duties, and freight.

Export coordination: Coordinate export orders, documentation, packing, logistics, and dispatch.

Supplier management: Evaluate suppliers, maintain relationships, and monitor supplier performance.

Cost control: Control purchase costs, freight, duties, forex exposure, and overall landed cost.

Documentation: Generate & Ensure accuracy of invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills, certificates of origin, insurance, etc.

Compliance: Ensure transactions comply with applicable import/export laws, customs regulations, and company policies.

Inventory planning: Coordinate purchases with production and inventory requirements to avoid shortages or excess stock.

Team management: Lead the purchase/import-export team and coordinate with Finance, Stores, Production, Sales, and Logistics.Reporting: Prepare MIS reports on purchases, imports/exports, outstanding orders, costs, and supplier performance.

Local Orders Handling :- Handling domestic customers , sharing OC and PI with customers confirming receipt of advance Logistics :- logistics arrangement for domestic supplies

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
