Salary AED - 1300 Plus Attractive incentives and Tips

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Fulfillment:
• Review digital pick-lists via handheld scanning devices or smartphones to locate and gather items across various store departments (produce, dairy, frozen, grocery, meat, and non-food items).
• Ensure high accuracy in item selection, checking barcodes, quantities, and expiration dates.
• Quality Control & Substitutions:
• Inspect fresh items (fruits, vegetables, bakery, and meat) to ensure they meet the supermarket’s quality standards.
• Handle out-of-stock items professionally by following store substitution policies and communicating with customers or team leads when necessary.
• Packaging & Staging:
• Pack items neatly and securely into appropriate bags (chilled, frozen, and ambient separated correctly) to prevent damage during transit.
• Label and stage packed orders in designated holding areas, refrigerators, or freezers, ready for delivery drivers or customer pickup.
• Inventory & Store Maintenance:
• Report low stock levels, damaged goods, or misplaced items to department supervisors to maintain accurate inventory.
• Keep the packing and staging areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Time Management:
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to picking speed, order accuracy, and fulfillment turnaround times.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail, supermarket, warehousing, or order-picking experience is preferred, but fresh candidates with a strong drive are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict time deadlines.
• Basic tech-savviness; comfortable using handheld barcode scanners, mobile apps, and tablets.
• Good communication and customer-first mindset.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and push/pull shopping carts for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 15–20 kg.
• Comfort working in chilled and frozen storage areas for brief intervals.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
