Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick items from storage locations using order picker equipment, RF scanners, barcode scanning tools, and cherry pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to ensure quality during transit while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems (WMS) and perform regular stock checks to support inventory management systems.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments against documentation, and ensuring proper stock placement.
• Follow safety procedures consistently by utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE), manual handling techniques, and heavy equipment operation guidelines.
• Support warehouse distribution tasks such as stocking shelves, quality control checks, order picking & packing, and inventory management to optimize workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly while maintaining safety standards.
• Basic math skills for counting items accurately and processing orders efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during order fulfillment and packing processes.

Pay: $19.50 - $24.20 per hour
