Order Picker/Puller

Duties

• Carefully review order sheets or electronic systems to identify items needed for each customer order
• Efficiently locate and pick products from shelves or storage areas using proper handling techniques
• Verify item quantities and quality before packing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly
• Accurately pull material and prepare documentation (Traceability, Certifications, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and resolve any picking discrepancies
• Assist with inventory counts and report stock shortages or damages promptly

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality control
• Basic reading, counting, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks or carts is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Prior experience in warehouse or order fulfillment roles is advantageous but not mandatory
