Requirements We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with experience in order management, logistics, customs clearance, customer service, or similar roles.

The ideal candidate is well-organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. You should be comfortable coordinating order deliveries, monitoring shipments, and handling documentation related to logistics and customs procedures.

You should also be confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with good English communication skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, including processing, confirmation, and follow-up

Monitor deliveries and ensure timely communication with customers regarding any updates or issues

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction

Handle contract renewals, prepare offers, and identify opportunities for upselling

Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide support for inquiries or requests

Use internal systems (ERP, CRM) to manage orders, track activity, and keep data up to date.
