Location: Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Order Processing & Logistics Associate to help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. In this role, you will coordinate with warehouse personnel, inventory teams, and delivery partners to keep daily fulfillment operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience in order processing, logistics, or warehouse operations and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to verify product availability and arrange dispatch schedules.
• Check order details and verify packed items before shipment to prevent errors.
• Track deliveries and coordinate with couriers to address delays, returns, and delivery concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, returns, inventory updates, and order discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and fulfillment activities.
• Ensure daily operations follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processing and delivery workflows.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in order processing, fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain administration.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP software, or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, six days a week.
