We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing & Shipping Coordinator to support our California and North Carolina operations. This position works closely with our U.S. team to ensure accurate order processing, shipping coordination, and customer support across multiple e-commerce channels.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with e-commerce operations while collaborating with our U.S.-based team.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from order entry through invoicing.
• Coordinate order information across NetSuite ERP, 3PL systems, and e-commerce portals.
• Ensure timely and accurate order updates.
• Monitor order status and resolve order-related issues.
• Support both California and North Carolina operations.

Shipping Coordination

• Create and manage shipping documents, including UPS, FedEx labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Schedule LTL freight pickups for furniture shipments.
• Coordinate shipments with U.S. warehouses, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Track shipments and assist in resolving delivery issues.
• Maintain shipping records and related documentation.

E-Commerce Operations Support

• Support multiple sales channels, including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, and BigCommerce.
• Maintain accurate order and shipping information across platforms.
• Assist with inventory allocation and shipment updates.

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the California and North Carolina offices.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Perform special assignments as directed by management.
• Support communication between U.S. teams and warehouse partners.

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 13 years of experience in order processing, customer service, shipping, e-commerce operations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based operations is preferred.
• Experience in furniture, home furnishings, or consumer products is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, and BigCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong data-entry and reporting skills.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time, Permanent
• Night Shift (Required)
• Compensation based on qualifications and experience
• Salary Range: 406,750 550,874 annually
