What they need
We are seeking an Order Processing Assistant to join our healthcare solutions team.
Job Description
Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing and quantities
Respond to enquiries relating to products, quotations, lead times, pricing, etc.
Coordinate and resolve after-sales matters, eg returns, exchanges and delivery-related issues.
Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
Process sales orders to support accurate picking, packing and delivery operations.
Prepare quotations.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualification
Secondary level, Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft office
