What they need
Key responsibilities
- Handle order processing works and duties
- Support and coordination of order processing duties with overseas office and factories in China
- Support including the handling of orders documentation, goods transfer, delivery issue and samples follow up
- Assist with periodic reporting and shipment schedule
About you
- F5 (HKCEE) / F.6 (DSE) or above
- Good command of written and spoken both English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Highly responsible, work independent and excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience in trading firm
