Order Processing Assistant - Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Order Processing team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in order management, data entry, and coordination with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily sales order processing and data entry into the system.
• Check order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in updating order status and maintaining proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams regarding order fulfilment.
• Respond to basic order enquiries and follow up on pending orders.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.
