Order Processing Associate

A NAV Processor is responsible for processing and managing store orders in the Microsoft NAV/ERP system, preparing picking lists and material transfer slips, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on time.

Job Description

• Check orders, routes, and picking priorities to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO and verify product batches and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding stock-outs, picking, and delivery concerns.
• Prepare stock-out reports and maintain order-processing records.
• Assist with inventory counting and ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and inventory management systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and time management.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Familiarity with RF equipment is an advantage.
• HACCP or IFS certification is a plus but not required.
