Order Processing

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Order Processor to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and processing customer orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Manually entering orders and responsible for the EDI ordering system.
• Allocation of stock to ensuring timely and correct despatch and receipt of goods.
• Liaising with warehouse to ensure correct bookings are obtained.
• Running daily reports to ensure all orders/deliveries are on schedule.
• Running customer specific order books for internal & external use.
• Cancelling and amending purchase orders where needed.
• Dealing with trade customer queries and complaints via email and telephone.
• Dealing with trade customer returns and arranging collections.
• Working with the warehouse to resolve any delivery issues.
• Inputting trade customer packaging specifications onto Oracle.
• Filing of orders and customer information.
• Ensuring trade customers and account managers are always aware of stock issues/delivery problems.
• Can carry out basic excel skills, including VLOOKUP & Formulas.
• Monday to Friday.
• Fulll time
• 3 days attending the main office, 2 days working from home.
• The role reports directly to the order processing manager.
• Training will be provided.

Ideally will be experienced in the use of Oracle, Microsoft packages but not essential.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
