About you

Personal

• Strong attention to details capability

• Developed administrative skills
• Organised and able to prioritise and control a varied workload
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team

Technical

• Previous SAP experience preferred
• Previous customer service / internal sales experience preferred
• High level of attention to detail
• Previous experience in a technical related internal sales role beneficial

To be successful in this role, your will exhibit a stellar performance in the following areas:

• Analysis of customer orders, received via email and phone
• Accurately read and interpret customer orders
• Correctly process customer orders, all the way through to invoicing
• Raise any technical queries about customer orders with customers and/or technical staff
• Ensure timely feedback to customer around orders placed together with ETA updates
• Reliable own transport
