Order Processing Coordinator

About the role

The Order Processing Coordinator supports the daily processing and fulfillment of customer orders. The role assists in checking orders, coordinating with Sales and Warehouse teams, monitoring order preparation, and ensuring that orders are complete and ready for delivery or pickup.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and encode customer orders and Sales Orders (SO).
• Encode and update order details in the company system.
• Check product availability with the Warehouse/Inventory team.
• Coordinate with Warehouse regarding order picking and preparation.
• Monitor the status of pending, picked, and completed orders.
• Assist in checking that the correct product, quantity, and brand are prepared.
• Coordinate with Sales/CSR regarding order changes, substitutions, and concerns.
• Assist in preparing and checking delivery-related documents such as Sales Orders, Delivery Receipts, and Packing Lists.
• Coordinate with Logistics regarding delivery schedules and loading status.
• Follow up on delayed or incomplete orders and report concerns to the assigned supervisor.

About you

• College graduate or college level; preferably Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to learn ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work with different teams such as Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics.
