Order Processing Coordinator (Tuas, 5days)

About the role

This position is responsible for work order processing and inventory processing for the Singapore office. The role reports to the Director of Operations and may also be required to perform other duties assigned by the Order Processing Manager from time to time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily sawing schedules for Production
• Complete daily closure of production work orders
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules
• Assist the Shipping team in managing daily logistics operations
• Provide support to the Order Processing Manager
• Provide support to the Director of Operations
• Handle general shipping administrative tasks
• Perform inventory processing duties
• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

About you

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• 3 years or more of relevant work experience is preferred
• Minimum GCE N level or equivalent qualification
• GCE O level or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Able to manage deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced office environment
• Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure
• Able to work collaboratively in a team to achieve optimal results
• Able to follow instructions and willingness to learn
