Order Processing Executive

Candidate Criteria
Education

• Graduate.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, sales coordination or commercial operations.
• Experience in engineering company is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP software.
• Understanding of Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, Delivery Challans, and E-way Bills.
• Basic knowledge of GST, Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, etc.), and logistics processes.
• Ability to prepare Sales Orders and coordinate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process customer Purchase Orders.
• Verify pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, Drawing follow-up, advance payment & balance payment.
• Create sales orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare commercial documents such as Proforma Invoices.
• Resolve order commercial discrepancies and communicate with customers promptly.
• Maintain accurate order records in Excel and generate weekly status reports.
