Order Processing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex and high-value customer orders
• Ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery performance
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Generate management reports and performance metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution
• Conduct spending, volume, and frequency analysis
• Support supplier negotiations and sourcing activities
• Review and approve master data creation and changes
• Monitor master data quality KPIs
• Lead data cleansing and governance initiatives

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, customer service, or operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in audit support, compliance management, and process improvement initiatives
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of data governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement practices is an advantage
