Order Processing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Work closely with the internal Sales team on order requirements
• Prepare delivery documents and invoices
• Support customer order confirmations and enquiries
• Maintain e-documents, records and departmental work instructions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Support general administrative and operational activities
• Order Processing & documentation to verify customer PO, and support prepare invoices
• Shipment, logistics and warehouse communication & coordination, update customers on shipment, monitor and follow up closely with Meson Factory and/or purchase department
• Customers follow up, track customers on prepayment status, forwarder details and other logistics and shipping matters
• Inventory control and management to maintain stock levels
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline
• Some experience in order processing, logistics, supply chain or customer service will be an advantage
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to manage timelines and work accurately
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
