Order Processing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy of product details, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment and delivery
• Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to customers and relevant internal stakeholders
• Handle order amendments, cancellations, backorders, returns, and delivery discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, delivery documents, invoices, and other relevant documentation
• Check product availability and liaise with Warehouse and Procurement teams to support order fulfilment
• Liaise with hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, distributors, and customers regarding order-related enquiries and requirements
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including quotations and customer enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in ERP/CRM systems

Requirements:

• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or distribution industry will be an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
