Your Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for completeness, pricing, quantities, and delivery details.
• Enter orders and amendments into the relevant business systems.
• Check stock availability and coordinate order timing with inventory and logistics teams.
• Track orders from confirmation through fulfilment and flag potential delays.
• Maintain accurate records of changes, dispatch details, and order status.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate teams.
• Prepare routine order updates and reports.

Your Experience

At least 3 years of professional experience in order processing, sales operations, logistics administration, or a related role is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Confidence using spreadsheets and ERP or order management systems, strong organisation, and clear communication are valuable.

Working Style

This is a hybrid, part-time position based in the UAE, with flexible part-time hours arranged around order volumes and fulfilment timelines. You’ll work across teams while keeping details and follow-ups organised.
